We recently worked with Tanya and her team at RE/MAX Big Bear to purchase a 2nd home in the mountains. Tanya quickly gained a very good sense of what we were looking for. And, since we are out of state she made every effort to meet with us on our schedule and took care of many odd and ends on our behalf. She was always available by phone, even while on a family trip back east. Even though we made a couple of offers before the “right one” came along, and we backed out of one deal due to too many code violations, Tanya was extremely patient and made us feel as if we were her only client at that time.
