If I could give Erin Lanza a 10 star rating on a 5 star scale it would be an underrating. Erin was amazing in our journey to find a cabin in Big Bear. We live in San Diego and wanted to purchase a vacation cabin in Big Bear, but did not know the market. Erin educated us on the Big Bear market: location, negotiation strategies, and would not let us settle on a cabin that did not exceed our wants / needs.
One thing that really helped us find our cabin is Erin was our feet on the ground in Big Bear. Living San Diego, we could not be present to see every cabin we liked… Erin would visit the cabins we were interested in and take pictures, video, etc. She guided us and was brutally honest to keep us out of harm’s way… PRICELESS!!!
Months after the purchase, Erin still reaches out to us to see how things are… we consider her a friend!!!
