Market Wide Summary
The average sales price of single family homes in Big Bear in July was up 11% compared to the previous month, and the median sales price was up 4%. Average price per sq ft remained relatively unchanged. Average sales price over Jan-Jul 2023 was 7% lower and median sales price was down 10% compared to Jan-Jul 2022.
