The average sales price of single family homes in Big Bear in April was up 13% compared to the previous month, though the median sales price was down 5%. Average sales price over Jan-Apr 2023 was 5% lower and median sales price was down 13% compared to Jan-Apr 2022. The number of sales decreased by 24% month over month.
List Price vs. Sale Price and Days on Market
