Tanya Huefner at Big Bear Real Estate is an excellent agent. She is friendly, not aggressive at all, professional AND extremely patient. She also has an easy sense of humor. We had a 1031 property exchange and a certain amount of time to identify and purchase a property in Big Bear. She showed us many properties, some repeatedly. We bid on a property and then found something we liked better…no problem! We purchased the 2nd identified the property with time to spare. Tanya grew up in Big Bear, is married and raising her own family there. She has a true local’s inside take and will share whatever she can. She went through 2 inspections with us and was there when we needed information or help but couldn’t be in the area.
