We purchased a vacation home earlier this year with Tanya. She was very helpful, responsive, and fun to work with. I appreciated that she was very honest with us throughout the process about market trends and gave her honest opinion (the good and the bad) on all the homes we saw. As we did not live locally, she gave us “video tours” of several homes that we were not able to drive up to see and during the inspection phase of our home purchase which was very helpful. I also appreciated that when we drove “up the mountain” to see one home, she would arrange a tour of other homes she thought might interest us as well. I would definitely work with Tanya again in the future.
