The average sales price of single family homes in Big Bear in April was down 3% compared to the previous month, and the median sales price was down 8%. Average sales price over Jan-Apr 2022 was 27% higher and median sales price was up 28% compared to Jan-Apr 2021. The number of sales decreased by 10% month over month.
