Market Wide Summary
The average sales price of single family homes in Big Bear in February increased by 13% compared to the previous month, and the median sales price was up 5%. Average sales price over Jan-Feb was 12% higher and median sales price was up 4% compared to the first 2 months of 2019.
List Price vs. Sale Price and Days on Market
Properties sold in February went for 97% of the asking price after 113 days on market on average, compared to 98% and 139 DOM in January. The list-to-sell price ratio was also 98% on average over Jan-Feb, as compared to 97% over Jan-Feb 2019.
Big Bear Inventory Trends
