I live “down the hill” and Erin Lanza was the ideal sales agent to help me sell my Big Bear cabin. Some work and clean-up needed to be done and she was more than eager to do, and guide me, in accomplishing what needed to be done. She was patient and understanding in explaining things to me, along with explaining “why,” and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. I closed escrow in a short period of time and I’m not sure if I would have been as pleased with any other agent. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of selling or buying a Big Bear property.
